A NOTE ON COVID-19

Let’s face it COVID-19 has been difficult on all of us, but we're keeping operations running at full steam. Orders are being shipped every business day from our warehouse in Saint Peters, Missouri. Some USPS post offices are experiencing minor transit delays. Thank you so much for your patience if any unexpected delays arise.


PROCESSING

All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after submitting your purchase (excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on any of those days, your package will be shipped out the following business day.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS text message which will come with a tracking number so you can track your order until it is delivered. 


US CUSTOMERS

The estimated times below are for the 48 contiguous United States only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaiian Islands and US territories in the Caribbean and the Pacific will be longer.

Standard shipping does not always include real time, up to date tracking information, depending on the recipient country’s postal service.

While orders are shipped out using USPS and DHL, the recipient country’s postal service will be responsible for tracking updates and delivery once the package reaches the destination country. If recipient country’s postal service does not deliver packages (ie. UAE), recipient will be responsible for pick-up. We strongly recommend including your phone number and/or a PO Box, if applicable.


CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.

VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

If you do not pay these fees, your package will be returned to Armour Supply Co. and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.
