In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Armour Supply Co. product through our website or one of our authorized re-sellers.
Shipping
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9:00am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day.
If you order after 9:00am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Returned items must have all original parts and be sent back in brand new condition with all accessories, packaging, etc. 3rd party purchases must adhere to 3rd party policies. To obtain return instructions, please send us an email before returning the merchandise.
If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
